If reiki is so 'dangerous' then why is it that most people feel a sense of inner peace and well bing whilst receiving a reiki treatment. Reiki and any energy healing is given with unconditional love and is none judgemental, non religous and does not dictate what should or should not be. Being seen and being heard means we exist. Seeking approval is something different; I find that because I was raised in a family that has narcissism throughout that I seek validation from those who can't give it to me. This leaves me in a constant state of feeling alone and abandoned. It was not until I realized this that I broke the pattern. I simply stopped seeking validation from those who are not available for that. What peace I have! There are so many out there who DO see and hear me...and it is just enough.
